Can i use it on a 2015 Toyota Prius?

I used this on my 2009 Toyota Hybrid to bring the air con back to effective cooling last year. I don't see why not for the 2015 Prius. Good Luck!

This works on every vehicle with A/C.

How does the retrofit work? Is it easy to do?

I have done this with a different brand that did not have as good a gauge as AC Pro, and I have not yet done it with AC Pro, but it is easy because these recharge kits are designed to only fit the correct nozzle on your AC.
