One of a kind weight loss books
I love this very clear and holistic approach to weight loss. Rita clearly expresses various components that can affect weight as well as the mindset that one can use to approach weight loss. The meditations and visualizations at the end of the book really helped me to connect with nature and release stress, which ultimately led to releasing the physical weight weighing me down. I definitely recommend this book to someone not only looking to lose weight but also to someone looking to release other factors that weigh him/her down, for example stress.

It is an easy to read
This is not your typical weight loss book. It is an easy to read, well written guide on how to live your life by honoring the Earth. By honoring the Earth and listening to its teachings, we "begin to feel the pure light energy within ourselves..." The information Rita shares in this book is not something written off the top of her head. She shares spiritual wisdom that has been handed down through generations of indigenous healers. If we remove our negative energy through Rita's teachings, we can lighten our bodies and experience a greater satisfaction in our everyday life. To be truly happy and in turn lose weight, we need to be in harmony with the Earth and our own energy field. Thank you Rita for writing this amazing book and introducing a whole new way of life.

The book is easy to read and has some great ideas to cleanse your body and keep the toxins out. Since I read it I have followed the guidance to eliminate my negative thoughts and find myself sleeping much better. My wife also thought the book was a great source of ideas. I highly recommend Rita's book.

An easy read that makes a big impact!
Rita is able to simplify what so many others make complex. Here ability to share perspective and wisdom on a holistic approach to how and what we eat is refreshing. Far more than a book on weight loss, this short yet powerful read has exercises on how to harness the energy of our surroundings.

Not your typical weight loss book. This might finally work.
I am impressed. And I am touched. I have struggled with weight loss for over two decades. After reading this book, for the first time in my life, I truly just want to be healthy. This just might do the trick to help me change my life.There is plenty of advice here on diet, exercise, and drinking plenty of water. However, there is also a lot about energy work, healing past trauma, and connecting with nature. I never considered this as part of weight loss but it makes so much sense to integrate ALL your health (physical, emotional, and spiritual) into one process. I feel less chaotic just after the first read.I highly recommend this if you have tried everything and need something to inspire and teach you how to heal yourself. And stop dieting. Stop torturing yourself and practice self-love that will naturally lead to permanent weight loss. I haven't implemented anything yet so I will update once I do. But for now, it is enough that I feel hope. That can be a rare feeling indeed.

Good health and wellness for the whole being
This book discusses weight loss and more importantly good health based on more than just the physical body. It offers an explanation of what you may have glimpsed, or sensed, or exulted in which often disappears in the light of the skeptical mind - It's a part of human existence acknowledged and honored in some cultures but seldom seen or talked about in ours. Read it with an open mind and heart - as it was written for you.

Helpful!
I read this book thoroughy and have begun applying the tips given in it. It is one of the most helpful books from a very different look at weight loss. It is a very deep book that goes beyond just looking at the body alone and different diets. There is information in there that I would never have thought about, such as the emotions or the energy of a person and how nature can help in healing.
