Can i scribe on glass ?

Generally yes, however you would get much better results with a diamond tipped scribe.

Would this be ok for scribing plastic models?

Yes, this tool would do well in the soft plastic/aluminum area. Even scribbling steel. It just is not made well for prying or pulling.

What can I scribe on with this anything ?

The tips are relatively hard. the temper of the carbon steel is high which is why they have limited use for prying. so, you may use these to scribe any thing harder than steel(aluminium, brass, tin ect...) . On actual hardened steel i have been able to leave trace marks for reference, but, nothing significant as far as below surface types of scoring.
