I have been using Shiseido products for 30 years. Everyone knows they use a small cold tab to seal the product itself - not the box. The product from Amazon smelled different and had a different texture as well.It was for sure NOT Shiseido. I was sent counterfeit product. I already made a complaint and have heard nothing back! Its been days since I first reported the issue.
