Quality issue - the inner flask broke in a month just with hot tea!
We had purchased same product last year. It worked well. So, I blindly reordered. However, This time the quality of product was sub-par. Even though Cello was printed on the flask as well as the packing, we strongly believe the quality has gone down.I was surprised when the design on the flask started to come off! The ping paint started coming off after regular wash. We still thought the brand is good and it was indeed keeping our Tea hot for 2-3 hrs. So, we were fine. But today, the flask cracked on it own when it was kept with hot tea. No one touched it and it was kept on the table. All of a sudden there was a noise and the flask cracked from inside!We bought on June 20 and today it's broken already. There is no guarantee neither warranty. Hope to get a replacement from the seller. I won't mind revisiting this comment if we get a replacement flask.

Not recommended unless you reside at a place where you don’t get thermos other than this.
The flask is alright. Keeps the beverage warm. But looks like qc reject or factory seconds. Minor flaws like cap not fitting properly ,molten flow marks in the glass vessel etc. The plastic body has prominent mould lines and looks haphazardly put together. A ragged looking screen printed design adorns the base of the flask reminding you everyday how you were swindled.

Nice product..top opening is small..water remain warm for a long duration.Suggestion: read the instructions provided with the product, it might save your flask. :)
