These are literally just gel cutouts in the shape of a foot with some rubber glued to parts that will wear faster... but none of those are near the arch of your foot. There is absolutely no arch support and these are not designed by podiatrists as the description would mislead you to believe. Avoid these at all costs if you actually get plantar fasciitis because they will do nothing but make your shoes feel softer.
