Nice finish, solid and durable. The only issue I had was I think the water inlet lines were crossed, but that was an easy fix. Just put the hot water line to the cold side and cold water line to the hot side.Worked out perfect 👌

Love the look of this black faucet but after a couple of months, several chips on the joystick part. It’s a guest bath so not even used a lot. Plus, it’s hard to get calcium build up off, which gathers at the end of the faucet since it holds water. Again, love the look but the finish and design aren’t great. Will likely end up replacing without even having them six months.

I would not recommend this faucet. First off, the black coating began to chip soon after installing it, second, the “joystick” is not easy to move, especially for children, and third, the base of the joystick gets a lot of hard water build up, which is hard to clean off.

Love this faucet,easy to install,worth the money you pay you look at it doesn’t show much it does the job they say good things comes in small packages this faucet is great install it have less spills the mouth shoot straight in the middle of the sink no mess.

Looks great and easy to install as a diy. I did experience a slight leak from the top where the hot/cold lever is located. I reported this to the seller and they promptly sent a replacement valve. Great customer service and overall I am still pretty pleased with the product.

Love the look and flow of this faucet. Only downfall is if you turn the water on the highest flow/pressure you will get soaked. It would be great for a deeper sink but still worked great with our sink.

They started looking like this in the first year. No other faucets in the house have any damage. I'm going to have to purchase new ones, would have been better off buying nicer to begin with. Besides that they were cute when first installed.

within two months of using, one of our two faucets began to chip off paint around the joystick exposing raw metal. Just this week, the other lost a large chip on top at the mouth and now I have to attempt matching the paint to rectify and since it is a flat black, I do not expect this will be easy. Since I stink at plumbing, a return would require paying someone to reinstall even if I were to convince seller to send me new ones using pictures, thus I have not bothered and will attempt to remediate myself. The faucet is sleek and beautiful, just poorly finished it appears. This is an addendum. After my post, the manufacturer offered to fully refund my costs for the faucets and credited my account. I raised my star rating accordingly for such. Still disappointed; however, two more stars for customer service.
