Disappointed
When you pay good money you good service. The six martini glasses came well packaged, but one was broke. When I initially reached out to let them know about the broken martini glass, they said that they would replace it without problem and that I could take advantage of another sale if I ordered a second order. After choosing not to order any more glasses and asking for one replacement, my correspondence has gone unrecognized. On the bright side? I have five beautiful martini glasses, BUT I ordered six :/
