These wipes do both.I used these today on a car with some insect hits that were maybe a week old or more difficult to remove than fresher bug strikes. Just like the instructions said, I rinsed the car down to remove the dust, wet the Bug Eraser cloth and then wiped the bug laden front of the car using almost no pressure. Almost all the bug detritus came off with that one swipe.I finished with another, rinsed the area I wiped down and no bugs. Some insect bodies were stuck to the cloth but most seems to have fallen off.I now wish I'd done some before and after photos or asked my wife to take a video showing how well this worked as I applied it. Maybe next time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This stuff works! 🦟 *by on Reviewed in the United States March 30, 2026* I wish I had before and after pics but this stuff works wonders! I drove from Michigan to three different parts of Kentucky and back so bugs were all over my car. This took them right off. No residue or streaks left behind as long as you rinse well. Very impressed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easiest way to get the bug guts off! *by on Reviewed in the United States July 19, 2024* Previously found this product at Walmart but can’t find it locally now. I searched here because I like it that much and I’m so glad I can get it on Amazon. In Minnesota, we have more than our fair share of bugs, especially if you drive by the lakes in the evening. Sometimes my bumper is just gross with caked on bugs. After a pre wash, one of these little wipes makes it so much easier to get the bugs off. Just get it wet and scrub. Rinse and repeat until done. In the past, I've literally had to scrub the bumper and mirrors for 30+ minutes. I’ve also tried many other brands of bug and tar remover and never found anything that works nearly as well as these! My car is white and I like to keep it clean and shiny. This product is a huge time and effort saver! ## Frequently Bought Together - Stoner Car Care 95401 Bug Eraser Car Cleaning Wipes, Removes Bugs Fast and Easy, Safe for All Automotive Surfaces, 10 Eraser Wipes, Pack of 1 - 3D Bug Remover - All Purpose Exterior Cleaner & Degreaser to Wipe Away Bugs on Plastic, Rubber, Metal, Chrome, Aluminum, Windows & Mirrors, Suitable for use on Car Paint, Wax & Clear Coat 16oz. - SONAX Insect Remover 533200 | High-Performance Bug Residue Cleaner for Paint, Glass, Chrome & Plastics | Solvent-Free Formula Loosens Tough Insect Deposits | Prevent Clear Coat Damage | | 500ml --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://monaco.desertcart.com/products/117168957-stoner-car-care-bug-eraser-cleaning-wipes-10-count-95401](https://monaco.desertcart.com/products/117168957-stoner-car-care-bug-eraser-cleaning-wipes-10-count-95401) --- *Product available on Desertcart Monaco* *Store origin: MC* *Last updated: 2026-10-24*
