Any reviews lower than 5 stars can be ignored. These are polyethylene sleeves. They're nothing fancy. They are meant to protect your records & more specifically their cases. I grew up listening to records before they became trendy; it was just how you bought music. These sleeves are far better than any sleeve records come with. They are thick & durable. I was also surprised that they both fit a single LP snugly (as they should) & can stretch enough to fit a 4-disc LP, which I did not expect. This product does its (albeit simple) job extremely well & I'd recommend them to anyone. I even shopped around, and can assure you that you won't find a better deal - certainly not with this level of convenience. I'm the sort of collector who actually listens to their records. I don't just own vinyl as a status symbol or talking point. Only recently did I even start to care about the difference in sound characteristics between CDs & vinyl. For me, vinyl is just fun to buy, enjoyable to play/listen to, and until recently CHEAP. With that in mind, I initially 2nd guessed my decision to buy new sleeves figuring it didn't make much difference. To my pleasant surprise, my records look nicer on the shelf, I'm confident that they are well protected, they're actually easier to get off the shelf, etc. I can't say enough good things about this purchase. Like the headline says: if you buy records, buy these sleeves.

Tried another brand and too baggy and long.These are absolutely perfect!No frills, just a classic product. Get it!

Here's what you need to know about these sleeves.First, they house single and double/gatefold LPs perfectly. Even triple or larger sized gatefolds fit, though the fit may be a bit snug.They are about a medium thickness. Plenty durable for almost anything I could imagine you could want to do with your LPs. Do not worry about them being too flimsy, because they aren't.If you think the price is expensive (which I do kinda think is just for a bunch of plastic), try buying them from stores. Buy 100 from one and watch it cost much more.I have seen other reviews mention them tearing on the seams. Remember, people are much more likely to write a bad review than a good one. I have gone through 200 of them so far and not a single one has torn. This isn't saying it is impossible for them to tear, but it is very unlikely that they will.Overall, these are what you are looking for if you are a vinyl collector.

I usually purchase 3ml Polypropylene 12 3/4" x 13", 2 mils thick, outer jacket sleeves via a different brand (BCW Record Album Sleeves) but I thought I'd search for a better price and discovered these. I was influenced by the fact they are Polyethylene which is preferred by audiophiles and the price.The PROs: I found these and the price was @ .22/ea for 100 pieces. That's better than I was paying before. I liked the 3mils protective thickness, I liked the strength and durability of these. I liked the "archival quality", "polyethylene" material. The single and double/gatefold sized LPs fit well and were easy to insert and accommodated these sizes well.The CONS: These were labeled as "high-clarity" and they actually a bit cloudy. They are not crystal-clear like the bags I usually use. So, my collection will be a mixture of this cloudy brand and the crystal clear kind which is probably about 95 percent of my collection. Oh, well. Also, these bags are sized a bit odd. Not square. They are wider and shorter. So when inserted the top of the album is mostly covered but barely and if you have a double album, there will be a 1/8" peek out at the top. The sides are a bit baggier and that's okay. It's just not as tailored. They are more like the plastic sleeves used in record stores. It's flexible and elastic. Not crisp, clear and sharp; showing off the album cover art.But in the end, they are perfectly functional. I am protecting my vinyl collection, I can live with the plusses and minuses and enjoy my music regardless. It's a perfectly fine choice. But be aware of these differences when making your choice if these things matter to you. I hope this was helpful. Jc

I've used these for hundreds of albums. They are economical, fit the albums perfectly and are sturdy.

For the most part, I love these sleeves. All of the ones I've used thus far fit my 'normal' LP covers and my gatefold LP covers with extra room. I'm easily able to pull my LPs out of these sleeves without having to struggle. Also, I can fit my records (with additional protective sleeves) behind the original LP cover IN THE SAME outer plastic sleeve! TONS of room. These things are heavy duty. They make pulling LPs out and putting them back into my collection MUCH easier. My ONLY gripe is that I wish they were taller. For my gatefold LPs that have large 180g records, there is just a sliver of bare-space that my gatefold cover sticks up out of the sleeve. This isn't major or anything, but it would be nice to have them just a bit taller. If I don't keep my records outside of their original cover and instead put them back into it, this isn't typically a problem. However, I want to keep the edges of my LP covers in mint condition for decades, so I keep the records themselves out and in the same outer sleeve, which obviously takes up more space. Overall, I'm very satisfied with these. If you want to protect your records for years to come, do not hesitate, BUY THESE, especially for their very affordable price!

No he probado con ningunas fundas anteriores a estas, son las primeras que compro y próximamente volveré a pedir más porque son perfectas para mi gusto. Fundas validas tanto para EPs, como para LPs, en los EPs tiene muy poco sobrante de plástico y en los LPs quedan súper ajustadas pero sin dar sensación de rotura. La calidad del plástico es más que aceptable, ni muy fino, ni grueso. Como anillo al dedo.

This product fits well on vinyl albums up to 3 vinyl album size

Disappointing buy - pretty shocked considering all the good reviews this has got. The plastic is thinner than expected which would have been okay if it was clear, but it is also very cloudy.It's barely adequate for a single LP and not that great for a double/gatefold.Better covers can be got from a local store in Singapore if you look hard enough - they are, of course, a lot more expensive.Caveat emptor all the way. A definitively poor quality product.

great for single LPs and even doubles... if the fit is tight on the doubles you can easily stretch the opening to accomodate.
