Weld-On 4 Acrylic Adhesive - Pint and Weld-On Applicator Bottle with Needle

If you use PLA for 3D printing like I do, you know that finding a glue that works with it is not easy. I have been using Plastruct Plastic Weld, but that has become hard to find recently, so I needed to find an alternative. For applications where I need a very thin glue that dissolves the surface of the plastic to "weld" the pieces together, this stuff works well. It can be used similarly to how acetone works with ABS. It evaporates quickly so you need to work fast. I used a syringe to fill the small applicator bottle, but don't put too much in the bottle because it will evaporate after a few days.

I was expecting what the description said. nope the can had a ding in it and the top was slightly open but was wrapped in plastic wrap..what a mess that was and no bottle/needle included

I purchased this to “glue” plastic for 3d printing.I like it and it works like I thought it would. It a very thin liquid. I tried using a syringe but it still spills out with little control. But This is a me problem not a product problem.

This product works perfectly gluing acrylic to itself. Has the consistency of water so it is difficult to be very precise but it bonds VERY quickly. Pieces must be fit together first then glue is "injected" along joint line by a capillary action. Description says syringes included, my shipment did NOT come with syringes but that wasn't a problem as I have plenty. If you need to apply glue BEFORE placing items together then use Weldon 16 which is thicker.

I have to bond two haves of a plastic ball together and Weld-On 4 seeps into the joining surfaces quickly and completely. Very satisfied.

As a sign maker I've used methylene chloride to weld plastics for years. Nothing special about this product but what is special is the price is really good and the applicator is an appreciated add-on. The delivery was upgraded to "quick" and it was. I ordered on Friday and had the package on Monday.I used Weld-On today and it worked exactly as it was advertised and like I remember. Low price, quick delivery and a sheet that explains how to use the product; what more could I ask for?

The listing says 1 pint and applicator bottle with needle. I only receives ¼ pint and no applicator bottle with needle. Disappointed, after looking through reviews and seeing that this appears to be a common issue.
