Works great for Benjamin Moore Advance
I was having all sorts of problems spraying BM Advance using a 1.8 tip with a 3 stage Fuji Spray. Finally I found some advice on Fuji's blog buried under a title that didn't quite make sense. Anyway, thinned 9:1 with a slightly smaller fan, air control removed, flow open about 1.5 turns and 2mm tip I was able to get a good finish on my doors. 1.8 I had to thin too much so it didn't level well. If you have a 4 stage or more you can thin less than 9:1 I'm sure.

Great for Spraying Latex Paint on Walls
Works well with the Fuji mini-mite 4 system. I am using it to spray walls with latex paint. For my purposes a small amount of Floetrol and 5-10% water for thinning of Valspart Signature Satin Paint is working well. This part is fairly simple to clean by spraying water through the gun and then removing from the gun and cleaning with a pipe cleaner.I enjoy painting walls much more with this part and believe it is a little faster than using a roller. I also think you can paint with less paint than with a roller. The rollers suck up a lot of paint that never makes it to the walls.

Mini mite 4 and latex paint, no longer an issue
Mini mite 4 and latex paint, no longer an issue. Just thin latex paint by 8 percent and it flows like silk. Fuji products are made really well.

splotchy results.
paint is super splotchy. I followed the viscosity guide and the paint was perfectly diluted. I tried all settings from low to max air on a fuji q5 with terrible results all round.
