Another superior product from Napoleon
Well designed, solid construction, and a capable App for the phone. Unlike a number of other brands I have tried, this just does not feel like it's going to break anytime soon.I have now used it with all four probes doing two types of meat, and it worked perfectly. I checked the temperatures as read with another brand of Probe, and they were accurate. Guests liked the accuracy of the meats being done as ordered.You do need to have the manual, to understand how things work, but, in general the software and the App is reasonably intuitive.A touch I like, is in the App, you get a photo of the respective meats you select.A minor addition I would have liked is coloured meat flags, so that when the probes are removed, you can identify which meat is which.The magnetic base holds well to supported surfaces, and I like the Probe storage clips.I have a number of Napoleon products, and the Pro ones are generally well made, work very well, and will last. A number of their products just come with bare packaging however, and additional storage bags would be a nice touch.

Great tool!
Bought this for my husband. He loves it. He only uses one probe, but he likes the idea of having more as possibilities. He loves being able to monitor the grill on his phone from our second floor. I decided on this product from a very positive review in “Consumer Reports”. Glad I followed their recommendation.

Probes work well, App drains phone battery
The probes seem to work very well. I haven't had any issues with accuracy. Connections for 4 different probes means you can work with several different items at one time and is very useful. The only issue I have is with the phone app. I have a Google Pixel 2 XL and based on my phone's analytics, this app accounted for 83% - 87% of my total battery usage on a regular basis. I experienced significantly shorter battery life after installing the app. If you don't want to use the app, this item still works well using just the red-out. But the appeal to me was the app since I grill a lot and am not usually within site of what I'm cooking. Or for roasts when I will leave it cooking for 30 min to an hour.
