The size
They looking great, exactly the size for our coffee table legs. The diameter of the legs is around 1in. Only for tiny legs.

Work perfectly with the casters under our bed.

These are the best for carpet
These are the best to avoid compressing carpet and won't stick to it, some of the rubber or cork ones will break down and damage or stain the carpet. Glad these are still around, it was kind of hard to find them.

Exactly as described
Clear is less intrusive than a colored product unless it’s a perfect match. Firm and holds it’s shape without buckling under the weight.

Works for under dresser
In the product description they don't tell you that this has a dip in the middle of the caster cup. It slopes down in the middle on both sides. I have them under a dresser and they do work but almost didn't because of the way they're made.

They hold the bed in place just fine. In fact
I I use these castors under the wheels of my bed frame, which is sitting on a low/medium pile area rug.I was nervous, because many of the negative reviews commented that they didn't hold the wheels in place and that the furniture would slip out of the castors. That hasn't been my experience. I've had them under the bed frame for about six weeks now, which I'd think is plenty long enough to have seen problems if there were going to be any. There haven't. They hold the bed in place just fine. In fact, if I try to slide the bed off the castor without unlocking the wheels, it's quite difficult.Something I did which may have helped is that I set the wheels' swivel on a 45 degree angle to the bed, so that the cup in the castor isn't parallel to the furniture itself. I did that in response to other negative reviews. Honestly, though, I don't think it made any difference. I think the castors just work. Also, the height of the spikes on the rug protector height is perfect for protecting my rug.

As advertised.
Keep in mind that these castor cups are concave on the top; specifically meant for rollers. I have other castors cups for my furniture that have flat tops and can be used for any flat or castor leg, but these are meant for preventing a roller from moving. Just FYI.

Caster cups work as intended . . .
We replaced our carpeting and wanted something to help with the indentions left by our furniture. There are some items that are just too heavy and these won't help, but with our stereo cabinet which has the wide wheel rollers, it is better than having them sit directly on the carpet. We purchased the small round caster cups for the tables (10" x 10" x 3') that hold plants, a telephone, and an answering machine. I am so pleased with how they help and look so much better than the wheels/legs digging into the carpet. I attempted to find these plastic casters locally and none of the home improvement stores carry this particular type.

Strong. Good for really heavy objects.
Bought these protectors for my very heavy antique Oak dining table. This table stands on a very thickauthentic Afghan area rug, which is on top of wall-to-wall carpeting. The table has rollers on the bottomof the legs and so carpet protector caster cups are needed to distribute the weight of the table, otherwise the rollers dig into the rug and the rug buckles. These protectors minimize the buckling (I can live with it) and are a sturdier plastic so probably won't crack like the previous hard plastic ones (not this brand) I used before.

they work as usual
I’m not sure why these are no longer available in many stores, or if there are any cheaper alternatives. These work great but are really expensive for what they are.

Does what you need it to do
It works. I got it to protect my new rug and this prevents the rug from being flattened by the legs of the sofa and chairs.

Short spikes
This appears to be a quality product but would only protect no-pile carpet. The spikes are too short to protect medium or deep pile carpets.
