Highly recommend and have been using for year's
I have been using Yamalube for years and love this product. My boats run in salt and fresh water for that reason I reapply every 3 months. I spray the entire engine and electrical parts generously. It really does make a difference keeping my engine, electrical parts looking new and corrosion free.

Protects Under the Hood
Works great as a protective film on the engine and electrical components under the hood. Just don't spray your timing belt. I use this in the fall when winterizing. I do not use the boat in salt water, but I'm willing to bet that it would be a great product to use to reduce under cowling salt spray damage.

It’s a lubricant !
Recommend by Yamaha for lubricating metal parts on my boat but more specifically for the parts under the engine cowel. I am not a chemist so don’t know if this is the best for lubricating boat parts. It’s expensive and maybe there are cheaper alternatives.

Great for rust/ corrosion.
Used to have Jetski and used this to coat engine monthly, sold jetski bur found use on my tools, on corroded aluminum porch. Basically on anything that rusts or corrode's works for me on items for the beach.

Just what I needed
Matched perfectly to my previous lower unit color. I word of advice when painting on aluminum. Make sure to etch your metal before primer and paint. I used a rag with white vinegar and also an acid etching primer. If you don't do this then this paint will crack when you apply the clear coat.
