My wife found some oversized scrabble tile like decoration online and decided she wanted to make them herself. These worked perfect for it, took the stain we picked out very nicely, the sizing was consistent. Basically all we could ask out of them.

Bought these to use for wall scrabble tiles and they were perfect. Package came with small sanding block but I only found one square needed a quick sand, all others were smooth.

I painted the tiles and they held the paint nicely. I did have to do 2 coats. Good value for your money.

These squares are nicely cut, and though on the thin side there is no sign of warping like in others I've use in the past. They are nice and smooth also. My only complaint would be that they are slightly less than and therefore not 4" x 4" squared. They are very consistently (from what I can tell so far) off by approx. 1/16th of an inch, which could either benefit or cause problems with standard off the shelf4" x 4" frames. Though slightly smaller than the 4.5" x 4.5" squares that recently purchased from Dollar Tree, the quality is better so I intend to keep them for an ongoing installation project that includes various sizes. I'll likely have them professionally framed, so the 1/16" is not really a problem for me. I was more concerned with bulk quantities, and I got that.

These wood tiles are perfect for the craft I was doing. I did a scrabble family wall and these were the perfect size. You get so many for your money, that anything else doesn’t make sense. Definitely need these for scrabble wall.

Exellent material, quality, and overall product, only ting is that in pictures it said 120 pcs, and only send 80pcs

My caliper measured them to be 3 and 29/32nds both ways (in other words, just above 3 and 7/8). The thickness measured at 3/32nds, which is just under 1/8th. They're relatively sturdy when bent against the grain, but seem like they'll break easily if you try to bend them with the grain. Overall I am happy with this purchase, but that is partially because I knew from the start that they weren't going to be the full 4 inches.Almost forgot to count them. There were 81 in my pack, and two were slightly damaged (splitting apart).
