Boncas Hood Loop Straps Tie Down Anchor Straps for Hauling Canoe or Kayak

I got these in just the other day. Used them for the first time today and one snapped while I was tying down the kayak. The only good thing about them is it broke before I got onto the highway...

I was trying to "invent" something like these when I stumbled on it. No worries about rope burns or scratches on my truck. Very heavy straps and a rivet through the material. Easily installed and work very well. Great product!

Used to haul my 12’ kayak. I was a little on edge to try highway driving without a bow and tail tie down but driving a Ford Focus makes it difficult. These straps made it super easy but be careful as you do lose some vision depending what you use to tie down.

The rivet hole is very thin and cheap. The strap can easily become detached from the rivet hole.

Cool idea and works very well.

The grommets broke during pull test after installation.

Bolted on relatively easily, strong and secure. They offer great anchor points for roof tie downs.

Seem fairly sturdy, I love them! Just wish that they had come with installation instructions.
