Q: Will these work on carpet?

Yes. The fabric for hard floors easily comes off for carpet.

Q: Are they curved up a bit or completely flat?

They curve up I like these better than the flats the size is nice

Q: Has anyone ordered replacents for the felt? Mine is pilling like crazy after a month of use.

No- used them for a year and although there is polling still work fine so no need to replace
