Defective bottle with leakage.
Bottle leaks a lot coz of which my husband refused to use the bottles for kids as their clothes around the neck gets wet.

NOT interchangeable with Dr. Brown's options
*EDIT* the round piece that fits into the vent - (“vent insert”) does NOT fit on either the tree or butterfly boon rack.... i used to stick them there to dry but now they take up a spot I would use for a nipple (if you have dr brown already, you know what I am talking about). Also, aside from a design change, I wonder what makes these different than the original dr browns ....the vent insert does not stay in the bottle top by itself (which is what made the options different from the original). It's my fault for not reading the product title "options+" vs "options", but this model is different than the "options". It's like a combination of the original and the options. The cap has ridges (which according to a review on babylist is supposed to make it easier to open), the vent is wider like the original, but not exactly the same. There are a few other differences, but I am mainly upset that they're not interchangeable with any of the predecessors.

Great gas reducer and little one loves it!
As my husband and I were struggling with our first baby 6 weeks ago when he has the peak of gassy colicky time, we decided to give this bottle a try. This bottle noticeably reduced baby's air intake and hence reduced gasses. However, one must be realistic as there is nothing that would take away the colic and fussiness completely. The struggle of the first 3 months of a baby's life is just part of the deal. Our little dude loved this bottle and had no issues taking it right away because the nipple is narrow and the flow we used at the time was stage 1 then we switched to 2 when he turned 2 months old. Now that he is 4 months old and can take Avent Phillip's bottles with no issues, I am putting Dr. Brown's bottle away (for a potential second baby) because cleaning those bottles is time consuming.

Best bottles ever!
I absolutely love these bottles! I used them for my first child and bought them again for my second. After using Dr Brown bottles theres no going back. My daughter had bad acid reflux and these bottles helped tremendously! When my son was born he was a gassy baby and I tried this bottle and another brand just to make sure it wasn't the bottle and I could tell if anything the Dr Brown bottled helped him be less gassy. I found it specifically hard to find these bottles in blue, the only place I could find them was amazon but that was fine with me. I'm happy to have found this color because I love it for my son. Yes there is a few tedious pieces to clean but when it comes to my babies I would do anything to make sure I have the best for them even if it puts a little extra work on me.

Dr. Brown Bottles
We bought these bottle because the smaller version leaked when you got to 4oz. These are great! Easy to clean except maybe the inside parts. The color is a plus as well.

No leaks!
Not a big fan of dr brown bottles after my small (4 oz) bottles would leak to the point of getting angry and throwing them all out. But these do not leak and are amazing! My baby prefers this brand over all other bottles and so happy that these do not leak like the 4 oz ones do.
