Vital Earth Minerals are the BEST
I've taken several of the Vital Earth Minerals products for several years, and have never been disappointed. All of their liquid products are naturally preserved with the addition of Humic minerals in every formulation, which also provides the benefits of Humic/Fulvic to each one. Compared to other Humic minerals I've tried, the Vital Earth brand has a cleaner, milder taste. And as a liquid, it's easy to ingest. I also feel a mild - not intense - boost of energy when I take it. By pairing this with my regular morning routine (green tea for caffeine, and nutritional shakes), I experience a smooth current of energy throughout the whole day.

Excellent Product
I started taking this product at my age because I wasn't sure if I was getting enough minerals in my meat as I have been a carnivore for more than a year now. It appears to be doing a very great job.

Helped me but it turns everything brown.
Warning: it will turn everything brown, also the cap is not good and it spilled all over my car and my purse. Otherwise it has helped me a bit with my health. It doesn't change the taste for me.

Very happy with these minerals.
Very happy with these minerals. Practically tasteless and they seem to help all three of my household members that are taking them. I don’t think the placebo effect would run to all of us but we’ll see. Have been taking the minerals and the companion multi-vitamins for about six weeks. Noticeably better attitude (just ask my spouse) and I am sleeping better. My son likewise reported being less anxious and somewhat more focused. All three of us have been sleeping better and getting up earlier. Would recommend you try these for 30 days and see what happens. They are a tad expensive but I am looking for repeat-order discounts or coupons. If i find something I’ll add to this review.
