I’ve tried a lot of supplements that claim to help with hydration or recovery, but these actually deliver. Unable to get this on the Canadian site, so ordered it here and it arrived today ! Was a very smooth and easy purchase. This is by far the best Vit D3K2 product I have ever used. Living in Canada, we need all the help we can get with Vit D, and you want the best because you have to take it year round. This ticks all the boxes, and it's a great price considering how long it lasts. I'm so glad I was able to buy it again here. I wasn't sure how the delivery would go, with customs, but zero issues. I hope is becomes available again in Canada. If not, no worries, Amazon is fantastic on both sides of the border !!

I don’t write all too many reviews, but after my labs I had to come write this. If you, or anyone you know, is suffering from a clinical Vitamin D deficiency - this is your product. Guaranteed. Historically, I’ve always had an issue with my Vitamin D levels. My reports would come back with as little as 3mg/mL. Now that I’m taking this? My last test came back PROBLEMATICALLY HIGH at 162.5mg/mL. Which is actually high enough to be toxic, so my doctor told me to stop taking this for awhile. So maybe take them sparingly, lol. But of all the supplements I tried to make my levels go up, even prescriptions - this is the only one that came in like it wasn’t playing and had serious business to accomplish.

Bought these several times and continue to buy. Being from upstate NY Vitamin d deficiency is real and these have brought me back into prime range. Bloodwork doesn’t lie about effectiveness. Soft gel is easily swallowed and for the price to quantity it is a no brainer.

I originally started taking this vitamin D supplement because my daughter-in-law recommended it. She said it helped her knee pain. I had my vitamin D level checked at my annual physical and it was on the low end so I ordered this brand. For the first month I took 2 of the 2000 IU capsules before changing to one daily. I wasn’t comfortable taking a higher dosage since vitamin D isn’t water soluble. Much to my surprise, after about 2 weeks, my daily hair loss totally stopped—no more hair in the shower drain or in the sink after drying my hair. I couldn’t believe it—I had been losing hair for at least 8 years and some days it was an alarming amount. After taking this supplement for about 3 months, I had my D level checked and it went up by 15 ng/mL—doctor said it was at an excellent level now. It’s been about 8 months now and any hair loss is negligible. I’m very impressed!

Shoots up the D levels very quickly when taken in right amount. Really great product, you can see the results through the blood test. It’s fat soluble and what I like is it comes in coconut oil with K2/MK7, in the right form.Great product!

I didn't drink water & it busted super close to my throat & I ended up tasting it. It was not that bad !!!!! Other ones are AWFUL but this one wasn't bad at all. Does the job as well. I need a little extra since I've been working in the office for a while now.
