I have hammer toes on the left foot and could not wear my left Nike shoe without causing discomfort to the problem toes. I used these shoe stretchers, and NOW I do not have to toss the shoes. I stretched the left Nike as the instructions said and 48 hours later, the 'toe box' of the shoe is just wide enough not to cause any more pain. I wore them to the gym without any problems. Great product. The stretcher is sturdy—not in any way flimsy. They worked well on my Nikes, I now have them stretching a black pair. The stretchers are opening numerous possibilities to wear shoes I was about to get rid of, but I will see what these stretchers can to to make my shoes wearable, because now shoe shape allows me to wear my shoes without any discomfort. I also intend to try them to stretch the length of a couple pairs of shoes. These stretchers have saved me a LOT of money!!!Bottom line, these stretchers DO EXACTLY WHAT IS PROMISED!!!!

Used this stretcher to expand a US 6.5 heel to US 7 and it worked quickly. Most shoe stretching advice recommends allowing the shoe to rest in the stretchers for a week or more. The instructions say to allow it over 24 hours, I gave it 30 hours and the heels expanded exactly the way I wanted them to. It came with instructions, it was very easy to use.The heels I wanted to stretch have close to a 90 degree arch with a tight toe box, the stretchers fit in just fine.I will say to not push the stretchers past its point of resistance because the plastic, while relatively sturdy, might crack under too much pressure, but it has given me zero problems.

Almost perfect -- Nice that it has options to increase the vertical volume of the shoe, as well as more precisely stretch where you need it-- However the little black bunyon bumps don't fit super tightly but otherwise, works as promised.

I had to start using custom made orthotics which made my big toe rub on the top of my gym shoes. So I decided to try these. They seem strong and well made and it's working in my gyms. These were fairly new shoes so I'm very pleased I can now wear them in comfort. Oh, I've used these over several days to get my shoes comfortable, not just the 24 hrs they talk about.....but use, wear, use, wear until you're happy with your shoes!

These shoe stretchers work like a charm! Easy to use and I have already stretched three pairs of my shoes. Very happy with results and my shoes fit so much better now. Best purchase in a long time!

These shoe stretchers work fine and are a nice low cost. I've used the pair once to stretch some sneakers width-wise, and they worked fine. I removed them the next morning and the sneakers were wider. They were easy to insert and to turn the control to widen them.

I use this on my running shoes. Just to give a little bit more comfort on my more tight fitting shoes. I have noticed that it can damage the back portion of the shoe, as that's what's happened to mine. Easy to use, easy to take out. Would recommend for just a bit more comfort in tighter shoes
