I really did not want to give this 2 stars as i love the other pillow of this brand but is now discontinued. The order states that i purchased the 'last one' in stock and when i received it, it was obvious that someone else purchased and returned it with no packaging labels included in the zippered mfg. bag! The policy regarding bed pillows should be reviewed! This is considered a personal care item and in most cases, it not refundable when packaging has been opened. It was obvious that this was opened!
