These pills are large and hard too swallow, but they work. I smash the pills to a powder on a cutting board then put the powder in a glass of water or milk and of course drink the liquid.

Brought back my daily energy and focus. My experience only: I've done less than the suggested servings. It lasts longer as a bonus.

Wow so the recommended dosage is 4 tablets a day seems a little excessive to me but that is the dosage on the bottle!

I'm an older male who has been in a slow, but sure downhill trend regarding motivation, physical strength and bone density, which have become critical issues over the past couple of years. All of their products have very similar names and it's misleading, confusing at best. But this product names ULTIMATE, ultimately is missing the patented product that made NUGENIX famous.

So far, good. I recommed taking half of the dose for two reasons: first, the supply lasts close to a month (28 days, instead of just two weeks) and second, you let your system adapt easily for long-term benefits.
