I had a Sporasub dive watch/computer that had 4 buttons. It did everything except spearfish, and I hated it for its complexity and tiny booklet of numerous instructions. This Mares dive watch/computer is clear to understand with only 2 buttons. I understood the functions and the scenarios before completing the manual. Also, the face of the Mares is much larger than the Sporasub dive watch. I'm very pleased.

great watch, very easy to use for freediving

It is a solid product. The only reason I returned it - it thought it was a SCUBA diving computer. It is not. It does not have no-deco functions. It was not clear from the description.

great watch for freediving. It's probably one of the more detailed and accurate watches out there. If you know what you're doing, you can preset this watch to remind u when to do everything on your decent and also make sure u don't blackout by pushing too hard on your ascent (slow is smooth, smooth is fast, slow down to speed up).Only complaints are as follows; The dive organizer is a POS and a waste of time. It took for ever to recognize thecomputer and can't do a single thing with it. Won't even download my logbook. Only options are to upgrade FW (i have latest version because of model), and reset dive computer. Only other complaint, the bands are prone to breaking. Saw it happen with my dive buddy's watch.PS. So the last 1 i bought was faulty, hence the problem with the dive organizer. If your computer works fine, it's pretty straight forward.

Freediving computer is good, great backlight, good layout but the buttons are difficult to toggle.

The unit arrived dirty and with a dead battery. When I removed the back plate to confirm it was a dead battery, I found that it had no O-ring present. Although sold as new, this was obviously a used computer. althoug

The media could not be loaded. Es el segundo ordenador mares Smart apnea que tengo (el primero se me perdió)Y sigue sin defraudar, lo utilizo para pesca submarina y nunca me a dado problemas, además la pila es sustituible por el usuario debiendo cambiar la pila y la junta tórica (unos 6€ el kit)

Orologio ottimo, per la fascia di prezzo medio/bassa non ha rivali, usato già un paio di volte e soddisfa pienamente le mie aspettative, tantissime funzioni lo rendono completo per chi fa apnea o pesca in apnea.

Il computer è ottimo. Le funzioni sono chiare ed e di semplice ed intuitivo utilizzo. per adesso sono soddisfatta del mio acquisto. E' sicuramente un computer utile per chi fa apnea, un ottimo accessorio per accompagnarci nei tuffi. Comoda la guida si cd e cartacea.La consegna è stata veloce e puntuale come promesso.L'imballaggio esterno perfetto. Mi hanno un pò preoccupata le condizioni dell'imballo della scatola del computer. Il sigillo sembrava stato già stato rimosso ed era parzialmete rovinato. La scatola anche essa un pò rovinata sembrava quasi da usura. Lo schermo dell'orologio non aveva la classica 'plastichina' a protezione del vetro (ma magari esce così dalla casa). Cmq a parte queste inezie, l'orologio è in ottimo stato.in generale: voto ottimo per prodotto e amazon, .

l'unico problema è che il software dives diary per il Mac non scarica i dati
