苦みは無く、お茶のように飲みやすいです。牛乳と一緒に美味しく飲んでいます。野菜不足になりがちなので、青汁がかかせません。便通もよくなって快適です。毎日飲むとそれなりの費用が掛かりますが、健康のためにこれからも飲み続けたいと思います。
