Lost in Venice / Persa a Venezia (a bilingual book in English and Italian) (Adventures of Giulia)

Reading this series with my baby in hopes to revive my Italian skills and teach her as she grows! I am BEGGING you, Michelle, please write more! As a 31 year old new mama, I am seriously impressed with your stories, and even though my baby is only months old, and I realize she may not understand the stories for quite awhile, I always reach for your books to read to her because they are just a good, exciting read! Keep it up, you have talent... and the world needs more of this! You are inspirational as a young girl putting your stories out there in the world!

Awesome job Miss Wilson! I very much enjoyed reading your latest novel to my 6yr old little friend. She thought your characters were 'fun, very nice and brave". We can't wait to get the print version when it comes out so we can share it with kids in our waiting room when they come to our hospital with their sick pets. My little friend liked learning about the birds that could dive like fish. But she did want me to ask you how your heroine taught her unicorn, Sparkle, to ride in the water taxi without the boat "dumping over"?

Great story! Very creative and culturally educative! I totally recommend to all parents that want to promote and expose their children to Italian language and culture. Nothing better than a children story written from a very talented child for other children. I am an Italian teacher and kids in my classes love reading Giulia's adventures!

Amazing that a nine year old girl can write these adventure stories and not only in English but also in Italian.In this second book she gives a thorough look at Venice.All elementary children would enjoy reading this adventure. And possibly learn a little Italian too!Great work, Michelle!

I really enjoyed this book. It's both fun and educational. It was written by a young girl and her enthusiasm for both the character and her adventures are clearly evident in her writing. As a bonus, it's written in English and Italian! The illustrations are adorable too.

Another great adventures that also teaches a lot of things like being brave, places and a lot of information in Venice as if the readers really visited the place, and another language! Beautifully illustrated plus new characters.
