I use these to cut decals for scale modeling and the work great. Nice and sharp and open and close smoothly without any slop. Great quality for the price.

These are a smaller size than I've used before, and marginally too small for my big fingers, but they work well for the small cutting jobs.

These worked great for my frog dissections with my 7th graders. None of them broke, all of them cut through skin / muscle cleanly and we never even needed a scalpel. They were also strong enough to cut through the connective tissue between the upper and lower jaw which does require some strength. After getting used by a 175 students, if students, they're still just as good as new. Can't beat them for the price if, like me, you're buying new school supplies for your students out of pocket. The name brand ones cost 10 times this and I doubt they work much better.

These were sticking some. Operation was rough but do work for cutting nose hairs. I oiled them with wahl cutting oil and seemed to improve a little. Could use more polished or have a finer fishish (soft). Pretty good for ~$5 though.

Poor quality. Thumb holes very small. Blades twist when encountering anything but soft flesh. But, they are cheap and probably are worth their cost. I recommend buying a higher quality pair, which would probably be more expensive. These are made in Pakistan. They are made from thin material and are very sharp the first 5 or 6 cuts. All bets are off after that. I bought them for one specific, small job.
