It was tricky to get used to them as I was not that fit at the time. The discs tend to come off the feet if you do not have strong core muscles to maintain a good balance.But these discs with straps solve it perfectly! The straps can be wrapped around your shoes and my partner find it very easy to move around, better focusing on the movement.As I am more experienced, no need for the straps, but for a beginner, I would strongly recommend it! Really good design that the straps can be removed as well, making it into a normal one.However, it is a tricky to assemble the straps and I would recommend making a video for it.
