Fulfills the commandment in a fun way!
Wonderful adaptation. Not sure the Orthodox would concur, but I find it certainly fulfills the literal first commandment to retell the story of the Exodus. And in a fun, easy to follow way, too!My only critique would be if reprinting, please include the Hebrew for Dayenu. I and most folks I know have no idea what to do with it in English!

Great for the kids and non-Jewish guests
When it comes to Haggadah, there are some people who will say if a Seder isn't hours long, it's not a true Seder. This 30 minute Haggadah is more or less in theory 30 minutes if you speed run talking and ask no questions. If you are here to slander it being 30 minutes, there are much better things to do with your time. I wish you well.It covers key points and works great for if you have lots of children. Let's be honest with ourselves...having younger children can make it a challenge to keep the attention of everyone focused. Some more ambitious family Haggadah are not for toddlers. If you feel like you need more...one can add more songs, questions, and parts separately, but know that all parts of the Seder are covered in this Haggadah with brevity and tradition as it says.I have used traditional and more reform Haggadah in the past. I have no complaints with the 30 minute Seder. It's a handy tool and reference for when you are entertaining the story of Pesach for those new and young.

30 minutes
This was a wonderful way to do our seder this year. We involved young children that attend Catholic school and they became so involved in a short period of time with all the goings on. We barely missed a beat. The children, all of them were inquisitve about the story and didn't get tired or bored. I loved that the meal could be eaten and enjoyed by all in a timely fashion. From the youngest child to the eldest, they were immersed in the traditions and the fun. After our meal, we sang and had the fun of the holiday. Shortest seder that everyone enjoyed. Wish we had this when I was growing up.

Not for those holding their first Seder.
Would like a more in-depth explanation on how to hold the seder for beginners. This book is for those that have been holding seders for years and just acts as a general guideline.
