I am the assistant manager in the international export department, working for a global freight forwarder that deals with shipping valuables (precious metals, diamonds and fine art articles) all over the world.I found the subject book to be invaluable because it has helped me in my professional life.Especially I agree with the author's concept of "BYOL" showed in chapter #4 which I apply at work almost every day.Overall this is a very interesting, well written and organized book that in my opinion has imbued unique and innovating ideas and concepts which I highly recommend to employees,managers and executives of all levels across all industries.Best,Amir Brotzki

This is a great read, very insightful! It made me explore how my own skillsets have been developed throughout my career and more importantly how I’ve been working toward developing those of my staff. I feel prepared, now more than ever, to make the right choices for myself and my staff in the ever changing workforce landscape.
