For practitioners only
It's possible to "look inside" before you buy. I did, & really enjoyed what I read. The introduction is delightful, Clive brings warmth, humour, and a deeply profound explanation of the underlying philosophy of Japanese systems which were unknown to me, & that is great. However, what you cant see is what the book is like when its about using the Gua Sha itself, and that was way beyond me, written in a way which presupposes you know about points, etc. What I would really like is for Clive to write a book for beginners, keep the philosophy, and assume the reader has NO knowledge of the Gua Sha at all ! I've tried just scaping at random, & even that had a big effect , seeming to calm my years of insomnia, so, Iet's hope for something simple enough for beginners !

Very informative
I have all of Clive’s books and have done his training, Clive is passionate about teaching about true Gua Sha, there’s more to it then just scrapping the skin.

Decepcionante
