Works great!
Arrived quickly and well packaged.It has an adjustable stand to make it easy to position and also multiple brightness settings.Being a Spanish person living in England this has really helped me to stave off my need for sunlight. Whilst it's not quite the same as laying on the beach it has definitely helped me.

Doctor's recommendation
I bought this after seeing my doctor for a vaccination and he asked me how my mood was. I told him that being on my own, elderly and unable to have close social contact, combined with the cold and dark winter weather was making me a bit blue. Sunshine in a lamp! Helps SAD
Hi, I’ve had SAD (winter blues) for years, basically I turn into a dormouse and want to hibernate til spring, and feel low.On the first day of using this lamp I over did it as it was helping and used it in the afternoon as well, and couldn’t sleep as my brain was too wide awake! This never happens in winter, my brain normally packs a case and heads for Spain…Anyway this definitely works, I just have it on the table whilst eating my breakfast, and so long as you stop using it by mid day you will sleep fine. If you need to wake up fast it really helps too!Highly recommend, and amazing value for money. Plus I’m a bit of style Queen and this is very smart, looks a bit like an iPad so very unobtrusive in your home! :)Makes a huge difference to both your mood and energy, highly recommend! :)

The best daylight light
I have had lights before to help me in the winter, this is so good. slim, versatile and very very bright on its highest notch.

Actually works
Definitely does what it describes, as a personal tip I find bright light shining right on to my face really irritating, but if I put the lamp in a window and face it into my room, it genuinely gives the illusion of daylight flooding the room. Honestly life-changing to have this, I get really bad seasonal depression.

Makes a difference
Good value for its size and the 3 settings are great when there have been 2 days of solid rain with little daylight. I have recommended this item to a number of friends

Brilliant
I've tried many lamps over the years. This one has 3 different levels of intensity,streamline,and sits neatly on desk. Helps with SADS. Must be used before 18.00,or brain can't switch off at bedtime.
