Works great!
This product worked great on my granddaughter's headlight. This works better than the more expensive brand we bought before for my old Endeavor that we sold. Wish I had purchased this set instead. Would have done a much better job.

The real deal!
Instructions were clear and straightforward. I would recommend using and plug in drill instead of battery powered on the final polish.

Mostly works well, some instruction clarification is needed
This kit is very complete, and has all that is needed to do a high quality job in renewing the headlights (in my case a 2002 Honda Accord with very yellowed and fogged lenses). You will need an electric drill. There are several things that need to be clarified in the instructions however.First, the first steps in the process have the user sand the headlights to 800 grit, which leaves them foggy, immediately before applying the UV sealant. But applying the sealant does not seal the lenses at the 800 grit level, instead the sealant will fill the 800 grit scratches and make the lenses then very shiny (like after a polish). The quality of the lens finish will then be determined by how smoothly and evenly the UV sealant is applied. If the sealant is applied smoothly enough, the job will then be done. After an hour of sunlight exposure the UV sealant is supposed to be ready for road use. I found it was still sticky after several days, but bugs and dirt did not sink into the sealant. After a few days the stickiness went away.It is very important to put the UV sealant on as smoothly and evenly as possible as you cannot meld more sealant into what has previously been applied as this will cause an uneven surface or runs. I would strongly suggest practicing on a scrap sheet of plexiglass before applying it to the headlights. It would be best to use a spray UV sealant at this point, but that might be beyond the effort level they planned for this kit. And the kit assumes another sanding and polishing might be needed due to runs or bubbles in the cured sealant, and the materials are provided for that final step.Overall I'm happy with the kit, and it is a good value, but I would buy a spray UV sealant next time as that would perhaps allow a smoother seal step.

Received Faulty Product
The UV coating leaked all over the contents of the box. The painters tape was completely unusable. According to the instructions, what was left should have been enough to coat both headlamps (about a teaspoon). We proceeded with the process. But as soon as we poured the remaining UV coating into the provided cup, it hardened so fast we only got one small part of the headlamp coated. I was left with a headlamp that was worse than what I started with. I'm probably just going to have to replace the whole thing or gamble on purchasing another kit.Update: I took a chance and ordered a second kit. Exactly the same situation. It leaked all over the box and is completely unusable. I would recommend not wasting your time or money on this company.

Not impressed
This kit design is basically a three stage design. 1) Sand (400->800grit) old surface away 2) paint/coat with clear UV layer 3) fine sand/polish "if you have paint runs or streaks".The problem is in applying/painting the clear layer. I don't see how you could apply it with the foam/brush tool without leaving some brush stroke type streaks, let alone runs. If you then sand off as directed, I wasn't able to remove minor streaks without cutting through the thin UV paint layer in areas. You're left with a splotchy blended look after polishing because you have areas of polished plastic and areas of polished UV paint layer. You can't notice so much at 10ft but it's notable at <3ft. It's clear, but doesn't look great. I'm quite handy and took my time... but it of course could have also be operator error.Hindsight, I would have rather just bought a basic progressive sanding/polishing kit (no UV paint) and simply redone the job as needed down the road. I had used a basic sand/polish kit ~3yrs ago and preferred the result. It didn't have UV protection and did yellow again but looked better and had a reasonable longevity.... your mileage may vary

Product is great, as advertised.
After reading a lot of reviews I decided to try this product because my Honda Accord headlight are started getting yellow. I read the product instructions carefully and followed them step by step. I am very satisfies with the result. One caution that should be added when applying UV coating just dampen the the applicator or don't that it might drip or streak. Also apply it one stoke in same direction until all the surfaces are coated.

2/3 of bottle leaked in packaging. Might have already been previously opened. :(
The UV bottle leaked all over inside of the box. Luckily there was just enough to apply to both headlights but just barely enough. Not sure why it leaked has it should have been sealed unless I was sent a pre-opened one (most likely) as I know these are usually sealed with aluminum seal

Volgens productie datum jaren oud
Schuurpapier en houder werkt perfect, echter het eerste beetje polijstmiddel zat uitgedroogd in de tube. Ook was het dopje van het potje met uv sealer gebroken en daardoor leeg gelopen in de verpakking.

Everything you need to renovate your headlights
First impression was that the box was full to the top when I opened it. It has everything you need to renovate a pair of headlights. The instructions are clear and in proper English with pictures where needed. I gave myself a day to do it and it took 3 hours to do two headlights from start to finish. The kit includes good quality masking tape to protect your paintwork and a very high quality cloth which will be useful for other jobs, as will the polishing disk. The result was brilliant, my scratched old yellow headlights look brand new and I was also able to do the fog lights. Highly recommended.

Het UV filter potje was leeg gelopen. Daarmee is de levering niet meer te gebruiken.
Overigens heb ik het aankoopbedrag redelijk snel terug gekregen.
