Multi feature microwave.
Excellent product that is versatile and has a range of functions whilst being at a very competitive price. Unfortunately, the appliance had some minor damage and was returned for a full refund.

Not as good as
It's ok but not as good as other makes. The time setting touch button is very temperamental - some touches work but most don't and it just resets itself. I find switching the microwave on at the default time is easier than trying to use the set button at times. Luckily it's the only button with a problem so once the time is set it's fine. Well, apart from the main problem with the oven. When convection cooking the part of your food that is rear right gets overdone to the point of being burnt unless you turn the dish around half way through cooking.Other than these 2 things it's been pretty good, but I wouldn't buy one again.

Best microwave I have ever had
I didn;t actually buy this microwave through Amazon, because it is not available on Prime and so i purchased it direct from the retailer via the big auction site that i rarely use nowadays, purely because on there it has a shorter shipping time and I needed this quite urgently. So despite not being from Amazon, I feel the need to share my views with other potential buyers. This is THE best combination microwave I have ever had. It is SO SO easy to understand how to use. Within minutes I was able to use the combination and convection cooking functions, aswell as the microwaveable functions. I rpeviously had a Russel Hobbs combination microwave, which had to go back as faulty twice, but I had it for 4 years and the day it blew up on me (literally), I still had not worked out how to use it properly. It was so complicated, you need a degree just to fathom out the manual, and putting the instructions into practice made no sense whatsoever. I am not thick, I am technically minded, but that old microwave was beyond me and I mainly only ever used it to warm up frozen peas for a couple of minutes now and then, because I just did not get to grips with how to use the other functions. So, when i received my shapr Inverter Microwave, it was a breath of fresh air. So simple to understand, so easy to put the instructions into practice, and the convection cooking is used regularly now. I could go as fas as to say i LOVE this microwave, but i am not that sad , i just find it easy, simple, fab....For those that are interested, especially in this day and age of high electricity costs, the 900W is purely for the microwave functions, the convection function actually uses 2.1 kw. My main oven is 2kw, so you would wonder why i prefer to use the microwave rather than the main oven, and that is because the compartment of the microwave is so much smaller and so only takes a couple of minutes to warm up. Obviously my main oven would take 20 minutes to get to temperature before I can put my food in it. So if I am cooking something for 30 minutes, it would only take 32 minutes in the Sharp, but would take 50 minutes in the main oven, therefore the Sharp does save me money on my electricity. For info, I baked a meat pie in the Sharp, and measured the usage on a watt meter, and it cost .35p for 1 hour of usage. If I had been using my main oven, it would have cost me more than double this when you factor in the time for pre-heating, and the fact that the main oven has to then keep the temperature for a much larger compartment. So this Sharp does save me money when you work that out over a quarterly electric bill... I also have airfryers and such like which also keep the cost of fuel down, so i don;t use the Sharp for main meals everyday, but not everything fits into an air fryer, so this Sharp comes in extremely handy. I have not had my main oven switched on for a few months now. if I used the combined micro-convection function of the Sharp for my meals, i would save even more, but I havn;t quite worked out yet the comparison of micro to convection but i am sure I will use that function in time also, for now though I am entirely happy that I have a new microwave/convection oven that i can actually use 😀.Thanks sharp for making such a fabulous, easy to use, economical machine...If you are thinking about it, don;t, get one you won;t regret it!

Not powerful enough.
Although I read that the convection oven maximum temperature was 200 degrees I thought this would be sufficient. I was wrong. Oven chips take ages to cook. My partner cooked a rice pudding at the normal low temperature and it took twice as long as in my large oven. Microwave function is great. Product arrived on time.
