Light and fits securely to rifle. Nice minimalist weight. Riser isn't super high, would have liked it to be another 0.5 inch or so higher but it works. Looks good as well.

Could use a firmer material for the cheek riser...sorta pillow like and could be a little higher.

If you have an M1A and put a scope on it, you will be disappointed. The riser is maybe 3/4" thick, and does not give enough rise to get the eye relief needed. It still more of a "jaw weld".Looks really cool, and I'm super upset it doesn't suit me the way I hoped it did.Fits the stock well, so 2 starts, but that's about it.

...but unfortunately, I couldn't use the magazine pouch that came with it. Too big/bulky and affects cheek weld on one side and access to the grip on the other. Flag is a nice touch. I honestly don't think it's worth 30 bucks though. We'll see how long it lasts on my M1A Scout.EDIT: The little bit of padding that provides the cheek rise is pretty much useless. When you put a scope on an M1A cheek rise and eye relief is everything. The little bit of padding in this adds almost nothing. Bummer, cuz it looks kinda cool. So, longer story short, I'm gonna say that this is an over priced little trinket and would recommend researching other alternatives. Waste of money. :-(

A great product very well-made. With the military Velcro closures and the corded lace up added security, it is very stable, comfortable, and looks like it belongs on a weapon of war. It fits the wood stock of my M14/M1A like a glove without scratching the furniture at all.
