I've sat in dining room chairs from Macy's, Ethan Allen, At Home, Modern Furniture and more and more and these are the clear winners for the price.We're big people in our house and most of the dining room chairs are extremely narrow and don't feel well-made enough to support some of our taller people. These on the other hand, are great. Wide enough so my husband actually fits on the chair itself and sturdy enough that he doesn't feel like it's going to collapse under him. The springs are a little stiff but I expect them to soften over time (as springs do).They are packaged two chairs per box and each is securely covered with a dust bag. They also have a removable dust cover where the legs and hardware are securely packaged - which I thought was extremely efficient and very clever. The legs are solid wood and all the holes are properly drilled so putting the legs on is very simple. I was even super surprised to find that I loved the fabric. I thought it would just be ok but it's a mid-gray tone that sort of has a denim vibe with a crosshatch pattern.I needed 8 total chairs but these felt cheap enough that it wasn't too painful without feeling flimsy and "cheap."

Wooden legs were darker then I expected (based on picture) but overall very pleased.

These chairs are the highlights of my dining set! Gorgeous and super comfy!

The chairs came with no legs. This cannot be standard? Quality Assurance needs to do a better job.
