Good Baking Pans
I have used these pans multiple times. No problems with rust or food sticking to the pan. Muffin tops always bake evenly. Cleanup is a breeze. Quality product- Would buy again.

Muffin top pan
If you like to cook and bake, you would find this pan a valuable addition to your kitchen. I bought it for making breadless egg sausage and cheese "muffins" or "bites" to keep in the refrigerator or take on trips. The non-stick surface is great. I use a little non-stick spray and they slide right out.

Best Egg Poacher Ever
After several years of trying to cook poached eggs for a crowd on Christmas Morning, I saw someone on social media baking eggs in this pan and decided I could try to "poach" eggs in this by adding a little water to each cup, heating up in oven, then putting an egg in each cup. While not classically or technically correct, I don't care. IT WORKS! We also use this to make breakfast sandwiches for the coming week. We put 6 uncooked biscuits in 6 cups and 6 eggs with the yolk broke in the remaining cups. Bake, add ham or sausage patties, and voila! 6 breakfast sandwiches for the week! Easy peasy! I can think of so many other uses for this pan. I use it more than all my other pans!

Exactly What I Was Looking For!
I bought this "shallow" muffin pan with the intent that I would use it to bake my eggs in and it works. How I Use The Pan:I'm semi-health conscious and also semi-lazy. So I buy organic pasture raised eggs and batch cook the whole dozen in this pan. Even though the pan is non-stick I still coat each baking cup with butter. I then crack in 1 egg into each cup. I then season each egg with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Then I break the yolks with a knife or something, to give a more even cook to them. I then bake them at 350 degrees for 13 minutes and they come out perfect every time. Eggs stay good in the fridge for up-to 5 days (according to the internet)The Positives:- The pan is non-stick.- The pan is shallow and allows for me to get that perfect round egg, like from a fast food restaurant.- The pan is semi-easy to clean because it is non-stick.The negatives:- The pan is easily scratched, like the "non-stick" coating comes off too easily for my liking. This make me think that it won't last terribly long or that potentially some of the non-stick coating is getting into my food. I have no way to prove it is or isn't but it's just how I perceive it.If it wasn't for the non-stick coating easily coming off, I would give this 5 stars!

I use this for more than making muffin tops
This is a very good pan. Nicely non-stick. Looks and feels sturdy and nice thickness/weight. I hand wash my metal cooking/baking items even if they say they're dish washer safe and it's been easy to clean. The color is medium/dark gray and bakes well without over darkening. I hand wash to keep things nicer so no rust is forming for me- at least not yet. I have other Wilton bake ware and my other items are lasting well. So far I see no reason this won't as well.

The best bite EVERY bite!
Such a great pan and, in my opinion, an upgrade from a standard muffin pan! I have two of these, and I make all my muffins in them now. They cook so evenly and clean up fast.I grease the pan, fill the wells all the way to the top, and bake at 350° for about 14 minutes, rotating the pans halfway through.
