Is the on off switch on the end of flashlight or under your thumb?

The switch is on the end of the flashlight

Do you have to charge it through your phone like the picture shows.

I’m not sure which picture you’re referencing, but you do need to charge it with a micro usb cable. It’s a great flashlight

I have the le rechargeable flashlight. it also says ce on the body if that helps, the dome shaped lens has fallen off. can i get a replacement lens?

You can contact the manufacturers or suppliers for extra parts
