2-year Accidental Damage insurance for a PORTABLE AUDIO product from £10 to £19.99

Have a good piece of mind when you buy anything off Amazon insure it and it will save you money in the long run. I would recommend you insuring everything you buy this way you can have it replaced by a new item rather than losing your money on cheap rubbish that is coming out of China at this time. I would never be without Insurance and it does give you good peace of mind knowing, no matter what you buy you can insure it for a little bit so you do not lose money. I always make sure I get my items insured from Amazon I feel satisfied.

Well I did not expect to get 2 year free insurance cover. Great affordable head set, comfortable fit. Thanks for making a great set of head phones.

I believe in having my purchases insured and the price was great well worth taking out for any problems that might arise.

I cannot say if the insurance is good as yet I have not had to use it, the product the insurance is for in brand new and in good working order. I hope if I have to make a claim, it will be paid without any problems.

Is its worth having for electrical products bought. Eas taken out to protect my daughter unicorn ear fones. The ear phones are stikknok atm.

Bought this product to cover headphones which broke after 8 months. Made contact with company who sent email explining claim procedure. Put together package with photo and proof of purchase and sent off. Automatic reply said that reply would be within 48 hours. After over a week there has been no answer. Have seen other review comments which say that the company goes "blank" and does not reply to claims. Do not tend to be negative with Amazon replies but on this one I did. Dont bother buying. Indeed the whole warranty bit with Amazon in my opinion feels dodgy. With regard to the headphones I bought, I was told by the message service that as they were under £20 they were only warrantied for 6 months. That was not in the product description....or was it made up by the message service to move me on.

Bought this with a pair of headphones. The headphones broke, was quickly reimbursed after submitting form. Did exactly what was promised.
