That is the size S-M. Fits 38-65 lbs.

Q: They sent me the large by mistake and now I have 3 bags of small pads. Will they fit in the large pants well enough to work?

It's more important that the underwear fits your kid properly, so if he wears a small I would return the large for a small. The pads don't have to be a perfect fit. You can also use Poise pads in this underwear and they are much cheaper. But honestly, I found changing out the pads to be a huge hassle and went back to Pampers Easy-Ups. That way my son could do the whole thing by himself and I didn't have to line his underwear every night and separate the trash from the laundry in the morning.

Yes everything you need for five uses. U need to buy additional pads.

Yes, there are two underwear and 5 pads in the starter pack.
