Green Start: Little Helpers

Cute Series
I like this illustrator and the little lesson learned in this series of books. I have them all. My only concern about them is that a couple of them have arrived a bit warped. I would still recommend the book itself because they're worth having. It must be the climate we live in that did it.

Great but....
I LOVE the message in this book. It is well written, the pictures are beautiful and it is printed on mostly recycled paper. Unfortunately, two of the pages are printed upside down. Perhaps Green Start should start printing their books in the USA!

Great book for kids. Well constructed.
Given my extensive foray into the expansive universe of children’s literature, I feel I am uniquely equipped to give a substantial and objective review of Little Helpers.First. The construction of the book, which I deem paramount, is exemplary. Thick, smooth cardboard carries the printed word of the book, thwarting the gnashing advances of budding toddler dentition. The glue used to adhere the book together weathers the relentless tossing against the wall and aqueous slobbering my child wreaks upon the tome.Literary devices abound within the front and back covers of Little Helpers. The author holds back no allegory animals whilst providing context to the important philosophy contained within. A skittering crab? Got it. Deer? In there. Multiple birds of varying repute? All. Accounted. For.The depth of character deleopment in this book literally made my child defecate themselves in wonder. Many times as I navigated through the depths of the story, my child, unable to sit still in silent contemplation, slapped the book out of my hand and crawled away, as I can presume, to ponder the like altering messages I had just levied upon him. Spoiler alert: recycling.10/10. Would recommend.“Abaaaahh”- my son.“Mmmmmmm nuh nuh nuhhh”- my nephew.“Enthralling” Neil Degrasse Tyson possibly.
