I am a real fan of herbal teas, and I have enjoyed this tea in the past--I had it first when a friend gave it to me for Christmas. I will honestly say that it doesn't make me all that sleepy, but it has a wonderful flavor, and due to the packaging it keeps fresh for months and months. It also blends well with Chamomile and honey. It has a light, smooth taste, and has never gotten bitter if you leave it to steep for too long. I am down to my last 2 teabags, so I will be ordering more within a month or so, as it is the best Catnip tea I have found--all pure leaves, no twigs, and a very nice value for the money. It also makes an excellent herbal sun tea--I have used it with peppermint tea, chamomile tea, and lemongrass tea, and as an iced sun tea drink it's a really refreshing drink.Now, if my CATS could write a review, this product would have a 20 star rating, and I would be buying a case LOL. While I have been drinking the tea myself, I have also discovered these tea bags, plus one old sock, make the ultimate cat toy. I take my used tea bag, and dry it out--well out of reach of the cats--then I stuff the toe of the sock with the used tea bags, and a few teaspoons of loose pet catnip, and tie a knot in the sock. My cats have completely stopped playing with any of their other toys--it's all about the sock in our house now! So when I do order the tea next month, I'm going to order an extra box just for them :-).

Don't know if it works, didn't like the taste but my cats went crazy for the tea bags!

This tea has been a favorite of mine for many years it is very fresh from this company and full of flavor I can smell the fresh tea before even opening the inner metal layer. I like to put in a bag of peppermint in with my cat nip tea most of the time but it is good alone also and mixed with honey. I have two cats and have to give them some catnip when I drink this or they won't leave me in peace. The cat nip in this tea is not the same thing that is in pet stores for pets it is stronger and made for humans not pets.

I tried one bag, then 2 bags, then longer steep time and I couldn't tell that it did anything. Sleepytime Tea seems to work better for me.

Help with cramps after having the baby. I was able to relax better. And enjoy being a new mommy.

Exactly what I needed and expected. Came right on time!

Don't really know what catnip is supposed to taste like but this tea has no flavor at all.
