It was just like it looked, and it was a perfect replacement for my one before because it’s exactly the same and that was important to me.

I like the product. It's easy to load the paper towels. Since it only came with screws and I didn't want to use them on my new cabinets, I used nano tape.

It was pretty much what I expected since I already have another lucite paper towel holder. I like the simplicity of them because they visually disappear and blend into any decor. The reason I am giving this item 4 stars is because it didn't include any hardware.

I was looking for a towel roller to replace a similar, but sturdier one I'd had for over 30 years. This one went on the side of a cabinet easily, however I had to provide the screws. It is sturdy enough although I'm not sure if it will last 30 years like the last one which was twice as thick. The only thing that's a little awkward is removing the center bar which must be lined up on the opposite end in order to push through the hole to release the roll, however that is no big thing at all and would not prevent me from buying another one like it. It's a great bargain for the cost.

Bought this holder for a friend with limited mobility, to replace one with failed spring hinges. As we all know, there is nothing more annoying than something one uses many times a day that does not function well. So, the holder had to work well (not let the whole towel roll pop off), attach under the cabinet to save counter space, be easy to load, and look nice. This holder, with its simple, elegant design, with no moving parts to fail, does all four things very well. Elaborate engineering is not necessary to get the job done. Hard to find this design in stores, so buy it when you find it. Lotsa stars.

Used this inside a drawer, standing up, and it suites the purpose well. The rigid design worked well for the standing installation (base screwed to the bottom of the drawer) and hold thicker paper towels

These are not exactly inexpensive holders, quite expensive in fact, so I was very surprised at how quickly the acrylic arm snapped in two while trying to insert a roll of paper towels. I think it had been installed less than 30 days. I have tried calling BIG FLY (the retailer) for a refund or replacement three times and they have never returned any of my calls. Very unhappy customer, now out $20 for an inferior product.
