Great hooks!!
I bought the size #10 hooks for fishing for bluegill, long ear sunfish etc... I was lookin for a hook that would cut down on the # of gut hooked fish i was getting. These lil hooks worked great. All were hooked perfectly n the corner of the mouth. I am very happy! They arrived on time (2days from order date here in central tx) & in good shape i will b ordering more from this seller soon!!! These would be great for getting a youngster or youngster @ heart started on fishing

Nice Fluorocarbon Leader
Effective product for a simple, basic fishing tackle item. The leader is approximately 18 inches long and I bought size 10 hooks. I use these for trout and larger panfish. No issue with the fish being hooked in the gut when I use this setup. My eyesight is not as good as when I was younger and this makes it easier for me to tie onto the main fishing line.

Great product, nice Snelling and sharp hooks. Fish almost hook themselves, circle hooks work great.

Great success thus far
I like to fish with 2 poles and I usually have one just stuck in ground while I actively fish with other pole. I like to use circle hooks for the pole I am not actively fishing with. These circle hooks have worked great and they are well tied. Took them out a couple times already and have caught a several catfish on them, although I was trying for other types of fish (usually for catfish I go with a larger size hook).

Leaders are a bit light for larger fish
The hooks themselves are great, The leaders - not so good. Think Matzuo could improve their product by putting a stronger leader on the hooks. Not all of us fish for Guppies.

Hook great, line is pretty thick
I am new to fishing and knew I wanted a hook that was least likely to harm a fish. I am happy with the hook, but even though it was Fluorocarbon line it was so thick the person teaching me did not want me to use it. Be sure to check to see if the line is suited to your needs. BTW - we ended up pulling fish out of the lake all day! Of course, we mainly engaged in catch and release.

Fluoro leader is bad quality
The Fluorocarbon leader line used is terrible. Breaks at the slightest pull. I've removed all the leaders and just kept the hooks which seem okay, but not as nice as Mustad hooks.
