Lifechanging! :) One of the most effective books I've ever read, almost on a par with 'The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People'
Lifechanging! At first tried to ignore the advice to go slowly...wrote a whole programme, didnt even last a day, lol. Followed the book, starting with having a smoothie for breakfast every day, then making sure to floss every single day, then adding daily piano practice. I'm semi-retired and was suffering extreme procrastination - this book changed my whole day, and thus my whole life. Finally getting work done and stepping away from the TV. Thank you. :)(Some people said they found the author too perfect: I dont think so. He says he was a couch potato, as I was, and already my friends are starting to say "Amanda, you're so disciplined/persistent/get things done" etc. I'm not at all...was the worst procrasinator ever. The book method makes it easy to be "perfect" without needing willpower.)

down to earth, applicable and well presented
I read Tynans blog and I hope the young man will forgive my observation that sometimes he produces wicked material and sometimes it's a little.. light. Therein I had no idea what 'Superhuman by Habit' would be like...I read Superhuman by Habit one sitting and frankly find myself delighted.I've made numerous notes, gained some valuable insights and feel empowered and focused, with some directly applicable directions and skills to apply to a couple of areas of change in my life.In essence a couple of big challenges now appear far more manageable in realising I can use habits to overcome them. Not only was the content good but I also greatly appreciated Tynans style. Honest, upbeat, well considered.I'll be happily recommending Superhuman by Habit to numerous people.

Naive but relevant and useful
This book is wonderfully naive and to the point. It is prescriptive and has the arrogance of youth. "Do things this way, they worked for me - they will work for you."But it is all so true and relevant. The book is cheaply produced and a bit of a disappointment when it arrives as it has that self published feel about it. The writing style is unrefined and can be annoying but I persist in saying that the essence of the book, if you overlook these factors, is relevant and if followed would help you in achieve success.Other book son habits will go to inordinate length to tell you the psychology of habit creation and the methodology - this one skips all that and gets to work.Worth an indulgent read.

Excellent read - even though I've followed Tynan's blog for several years and so some of the ideas were familiar from the blog. It's one of the only books I've ever taken notes from. If you have the motivation to improve your life then you certainly will find useful ideas here. It's a short read (122 pages) but information-dense. There is some general theory, and some specific practical advice. Tynan doesn't claim to have all the answers, but has succeeded at many of the life hacks mentioned in the book and knows how they can vary for other people. The result is that there is a lot of motivational ideas here without it harrassing the reader to dogmatically accept anything.

Great system and clear advice
I found the book clear, concise and motivating. Of the various ‘self improvement’ methods I have come across this seems one of the best in terms of simplicity and ease to which it can be implemented. Purchase well worth the price.

Excellent book!!
This book came recommended from the author of “The Motivation Hacker,” Nick Winter. It’s a very easy read and I read the whole thing in an evening and I know that I’ll keep referring back to it time and time again. If you’ve always been interested in the ideas of forming habits (and if you read this book you will absolutely realise that you should be) but always failed than this book is for you. It really breaks down how to form habits and more importantly how to stick to them.I loved that he included what habits he uses because it gave me really good ideas.

Must read for habit development
Tynan's book about habits is very quick to read - more of a 'short guides to habit development', but definitely a must read. I found a lot of new and very relevant information about the habit of making new habits (!) and would recommend this book to anyone interested in self-improvement. I really particularly the second half of the book with concrete, real-life examples which gave me ideas and motivated me to start working on my everyday habits more seriously.

A Concise Covey with Bibliographic Elements
A roadmap to Tynan's success, this book is a testament to pushing the boundaries of one's current existence, and experiencing growth. A great feature of this book is the emphasis that time is taken to achieve success, and that tasks will not be instantaneous, simple, and thus meaningless. If you liked 'Mastery' by Robert Greene, or 'The 7 Habits of Highly Successful People' by Dr. Stephen R. Covey, this book is certainly for you.

Excellent and Easy
Clearly written with step by step instructions on how and why to develop particular habits that are widely useful in all aspects of business, life and creativity. I would recommend this book to anyone who feels their life is a gift which they do not want to waste. To anyone who wants to achieve more than they currently are, from parenting to profit-making, and any area in between.

Great for beginners and pros alike
I've been reading Tynan's blog for a few years now, but this is the first book of his that I've purchased. If you don't know already, Tynan is a very productive person. For this reason I was a bit intimidated, I'm naturally a pretty lazy person, so I thought what Tynan had to say might be a bit above my level. This was entirely wrong. In the first half of the book Tynan spells out very clearly how to start and maintain habits and why habits are important in the first place. He also suggests starting with smaller habits, and discusses why it's important not to take on more than you can handle at one time. In the second half, he talks about specific habits you may want to try, such as meditation, minimalism, and writing. He discusses how to put these exact habits in place, so if having a firm structure helps out, you can find it here. All in all I think this would be a great pick for anyone, but especially great for the absolute beginner - it is exceptionally clear and to-the-point.
