Pneumatic Planishing Hammer (WFH-1041)+(PU010-5)(5M (16ft) PU SPIRAL AIR HOSE 5,5X8MM, US-Type

This is the one to buy.... It is the same as the ones that sell for a lot more.. It was shipped fast & well pack with foam blocks...It did not have any instructions, but easy to put together.. I clamp it down on workbench & the foot pedal & air hammer come all hook up & ready to go.. I have Flexzilla air coupler & it fits & there were no air leaks anywhere.. Played with some sheet metal & made some nice looking parts.. From what I see there's two types for sale, the bolt down bracket, this one has side plates & all the rest are just flat metal. Well That's All Folks... Sandman...

I was very excited about this planishing hammer. As others have mentioned, it arrived well packaged and promptly.First thing I noticed is that ***all*** of the hoses leak. I'll need to re-do the hoses.I used it for a total of about 15 minutes and now the pneumatic hammer will not start.I haven't disassembled it, but I'm pretty disappointed with it.A replacement hammer is cheap, though, if the MFG won't come through with a new one. I haven't contacted them yet.

This is exactly the same planisher sold in many other places for over $100 more. It came with a flat upper die and three different bottom dies. Nobody even sells the 1”, 2” and 3” bottom dies alone for this price! You have know about planishers to know how the die lift works. The three dies will do 90% of what I need and I’ve made a liner stretching die and going to adapt a nylon upper hammer die and I’ll be set. Pretty impressive for the $$, I know I couldn’t make it for $150 I bought it for.

This product works well and is relatively quiet . I am very happy with my purchase.

Junk that did not work. Seller would not provide return label. Waste of money.

Not what I expected, but in a good way! I looked at reviews for this unit and the others that look identical. I ordered this fully expecting it to need hose and fittings changed along with other negative stuff I've read. It arrived with the regular quick connects that you can buy anywhere. The tubing used is thicker than I expected. Probably 14 or 13ga based on tapping it and the edge radius. I knew the does that came with it would be useless to me, but pleasantly surprised to see that the head of a 7/8" bolt can be turned down to remove the hex and is the perfect size in diameter and height. Now I can make what I need easily when I need it rather than buy a $650 set that I'll probably use two of.
