Excellent - worth the money twice overThe product is excellent and clearly worth the money. Performance - it punches a clean hole in up to 30 sheets - so half a dozen sheets is a breeze and doesn't stretch the machine with clear and accurate holes. It's quite heavy and the body to arm are made of pressed steel in three parts that are welded - old school technology that just works! The edges are cut so as to be both crisp and not sharp and the paintwork is better than a high end car - think electrostatic painting. Both punches are supported with a spring and have both a minimum and maximum travel limited by the steel body. The use of plastic is limited to under the front of the arm - to prevent fingers getting caught and for the flexible plastic base. There are different materials used for the arm and the support for the arm - one of which also acts to provide clear click stops. With A4 and a regular sheet of paper it punches holes which are accurately aligned - turn the paper over and repeat for perfect registration. Using the 888 feature punches two offset holes which when the paper is turned over and repeated creates four holes e.g. for old school bank statements. This aligns perfectly with an ordinary two hole punch - there is no mis-registration. Looking through the window there is a centre mark - when punching multiple sheets of paper it isn't really need but for a single sheet it's best to push the paper in at this point to get a perfect set of holes. It's supplied with a band which keeps the arm closed - worth keeping for an office move - there is no lock to keep the arm closed. Although it's hard to get excited - it performs very well. The same product is also sold in different colours and in a blister pack - where you may pay up to twice the price for no benefit. Although I would have preferred for the same price the black version I do like the pearlescent white and certainly wouldn't want to pay for another colour. Good price and good function.

Have used this little till recently, but find that the papers always snag so they do not easily push all way in so that, if you do not notice before punching, the holes are then close to the edge of the paper rather than the full distance out (meaning they do not tag evenly or at all into files) - and to double check each time would add hours to the office day - the reason I have discovered is that the holes cut on the base plate have a slight upstand of metal due to poor machining that has not been smoothed off.Basically this is sexy looking kit that is functionally useless!! AVOID

I've got a rapesco 6 hole punch but needed a 2 hole punch for a 300 page manual I'd printed. The rapesco one looks and feels like a toy compared to this. This thing is legit- it's heavy and feels like it's really good quality. Makes short work of punching holes in things, it's very quick and efficient and does do the suggested volume of sheets with no issue. I love the bright color as well. I'm going to be purchasing the rest of the stationary set because I'm that sort of stationary nerd lol. I am totally sold on this brand now!

Item is good but don’t be fooled by the very sturdy looking design. Item cannot lock down which is unfortunate and the section at the bottom that stores all the punches is only made of rubber and doesn’t fit back on that great once opened.Also very poor delivery from Amazon. When arrived the box was completed crushed, luckily the item wasn’t damaged but needs to be packaged better in future (not that they care at all)

I bought this to punch Acetate for PPE Visors, my old cheapo one was a nightmare with a horrible paper guide, this one has saved me so much time, the 888 option for 4 hole visors punches 3 sheets of 24 Micron Acetate with ease.The soft rubber base is ideal for grip and makes it easy to empty.Who would have thought a simple hole punch would make my life so much easier - the price is very good value.Not much else to say, this hole punch punches perfect holes.The End

I've used a cheap hole puncher at work for years.However, in my home I have a 'buy quality once' mantra, and thus, I chose this one. Slightly more expensive, but it works so well! I have done small stacks of paper and it works so smoothly. Do yourself a favour and get this one!P.S. The pink colour is great!

Great quality and very well made. Nice smooth action.It has a sort of pearlised look to it.My only negative is that it doesn't lock down shut like my previous hole punch, which was handy when storing it in the draw as it's not used that often. But this wouldn't stop me from recommending it or buying another.

It does what it's meant to - it is sturdy, and yet easy to use. The most number of pages I could easily punch was 10, but it's used for household admin, so fine for this purpose. The pink was cheaper than other colours...don't particularly like pink, but hey, it does the job well, so don't care!
