Pack of 6 Nessie Ladle Multcolor(1, A)

They are cute although they aren't all that sturdy; but I read the reviews before ordering so I knew that going in and ordered them anyway. On the website, with the correct setting/mindset, they do look like dinosaurs or Nessie, but without that thought in mind, you might not make that connection immediately upon seeing them. But if someone pointed it out to you, you could definitely see it. Now, they may not be that sturdy if you hold them at the top/end, but if you move your hand down and hold them closer to the middle of the handle, they work fine and the added benefit of them standing up rather than falling over or laying on the counter more than makes up for it to me.When the order arrived, I was surprised that I received two sets. Apparently, I ordered two sets because it was less expensive for two sets from this vendor than it was for only one set from others, so I had a pleasant surprise and more than enough Nessies/ladles to share.

I ordered this 6-pack of Loch Ness monster ladles on May 24 and they arrived at my house June 1, when the estimated delivery date was between June 20-July 7! I was surprised that these ladles came so quickly. They look exactly as pictured and in new condition.They're very cute; the purple Nessie is the biggest, followed by the light green ones and then the teal blue ones. They can be stacked together for easier storage.They feel like regular plastic and they're very light-weight. They do stand on their own.Since I am giving this item as a gift to a friend, I will update this review letting you all know how these ladles are :)

Fun ladles for kids of all ages! I bought this set and gave them away as stocking stuffers at Christmas to the delight of all. I have used mine frequently, it does not get stained by spaghetti sauce, it holds up to high cooking temperatures, and I can't get over how cute it is standing up in the soup pot!

Super cute ladles. I got these to give as gifts (and one to keep for myself). They look adorable looking over the edge of a pot and will stand up on their own. The only drawback is in their lack of sturdiness. The neck is flimsy, especially once used in hot soup. I do not see these lasting that long before they break. I may end up using mine just to hold something in or as more of a decorative kitchen item.

Cute! The neck is a little flimsy and it doesn't always want to stand up in the pot, but a fun gadget nonetheless. Probably not the most functional utensil for thicker things like chili or stew, but a great option for a punch bowl.

Really adorable! I had to get 6 this time because my last two went home with friends. I find them plenty sturdy. They're small-ish ladles, so if you want to overfill it to scoop a full serving of stew at once (instead of two right-sized scoops) it's going to sag and bend on you. Maybe the people who complain about it being too fragile for normal use are overloading it.

It's always a little iffy ordering from China and the crazy cheap price made me nervous, but it really does look exactly as it does in the photos.They nest perfectly and I didn't have much problem with this staying upright for the most part, but it did fall over a couple times. It feels a little flimsy because of the skinny neck, but does the job fine. Wouldn't hesitate to order again
