Ive had my IronPie for a number of years and think it does a very good job.Reading other reviews I suspect lot of issues are around expectations of cleaners of this type.The pairing to Wifi, using the camera & OR Code is a little cumbersome but as long as you've entered your credentials properly on the APP page, and you're close to your router and follow the prompts, (which is easy to miss) it works well. Who cares if it's 5G or not? It doesn't effect cleaning performance. Obvious things like clothing, cables & Clutter on your floor will cause issues with any vacuum, including your uprights....Regular emptying is a good idea, the capacity is similar to other robotic cleaners.Works best on hard floor surfaces, which in my case is the majority.A well fixed changing base I used double sided tape to mount on a skirting under my Sofa with power cable tucked away.I've paired mine with Alexa without issue, and can launch a cleaning cycle by voice, really just for funI've used the Camera app to visually navigate to a particular area to 'spot clean' and increase suction power (which can only be done from APP for the maximum setting) and Ive used the map to check on cleaning progressIve used the Schedule to trigger cleaning with no issuesI'd like it to have a surveillance notification system of some sort over and above the live view while cleaning, a movement detected alert while in dock would be cool feature.All in all Ive had a good experience with my device, named Hubert :-)Colin

This product looks and feels very well built and high quality. I was eager to get things set up and see how it performed.Unfortunately, I have as of yet not been able to us it.First of all, you have to download the Trifo App to your device to use the vacuum. The app was easy enough to find and install, but upon running the app for the first time, you are required to register for an account. This isn't a problem in itself but immediately, you are prompted to select your country of origin. THERE IS NO UK OPTION. Only USA.Thinking that USA would suffice, I selected that option, whereupon I was taken to the registration screen. You then have a choice of either registering via your phone or via email. I chose the latter.Now, before I go any further, I will say that the app is absolutely awful. I have a large screen Samsung Galaxy S9 yet still, the input boxes that contain the instructions are unreadable. Half of the text is not shown so you are left guessing. This app needs a major redesign.I filled in my Email and provided a password. You are then requested to press a "SEND PIN" button - which I did.A PIN number was sent to my email address, which I input into the registration screen and all was accepted. Things were looking good at last.The next step is to "Add Device" on the App.I clicked to add device and was taken to a demo step by step walkthrough on what to do.Firstly, you are required to press the "RECHARGE" button for 5 seconds. You then hear a voice say that it is ready to connect.You then progress to the next screen prompting you to select your network (ONLY 2.4GHZ - NOT 5GHZ). On the first attempt, my network automatically came up so I input the password for the network. I then clicked on "NEXT"The next screen gives you a QR code. You are prompted to angle your device at the rear of the vacuum so the little lens on the vacuum can read the QR code. This it did very quickly and a voice confirmed "QR CODE READ"I clicked "NEXT" once more and you are then presented with a counter which slowly increases from 1 to 100. Well, it is supposed to reach 100 but my first attempt stopped at 95 and a voice from the vacuum said "Connection failed"20 subsequent attempts all proved failures too with the counter only reaching into the 30s sometimes.I have checked, double checked and triple checked all settings to ensure they are correct - THEY ARE.The correct network is selectedThe correct type (2.4ghz) is selectedThe correct password is entered.Still - Every single time it fails. I have all but given up now on the hope that I can get the wretched thing to work. I have sent a message to the manufacturer, Trifo, but have not received a reply yet.Pending a reply from them, I will follow any suggestion they offer and update this review accordingly. Until that that time, I am left with a device that doesn't work so I have no choice but to leave the minimum stars available - 1.

I can only describe my experience with this item as frustrating. First impressions were good - it's sleek looking and quite futuristic - has an inbuilt camera and a neat dock for charging. I am used to using a neato vacuum and thought this might be an upgrade, however it really isn't proving to be so at all.The app was frustrating to install, in dodgy English and did not list the UK. Worst still 5G is not supported and I just couldn't get anywhere. This meant that I was left with the option of pushing the on button and letting it go. I've tried this and it does a poor job in all honesty, leaving half the room cleaned moderately well and getting stuck. It doesn't have a large container for dust but this doesn't seem much of a problem as it just doesn't pick up that well and without the app leaves swathes of the room untouched.I'm afraid this has just proved a bad experience and the device is getting consigned to its box - it has the potential to be good but at the moment without an update to the software it just isn't. I totally would not recommend it.

1. Funktioniert nur in Sichtweite der Ladestation. Kann z.B. in einer 25m2 Wohnung nicht alles auf einmal saugen.2. Findet die Ladestation manchmal nicht.3. Ladung hält nur 40 Minuten.4. Wenn ich danach meinen anderen Robo saugen lasse, holt der noch einen vollen Staubbehälter raus. Das heißt, dieses Modell fährt einfach Teile des Raums, der Räume nicht ab.Die Saugleistung ist gut, er saugt stark, fährt über Teppiche, das Problem ist nur, dass er nicht alles abfährt.5. Der Staubbehälter ist so verwinkelt, dass beim Ausleeren nicht alles in den Abfalleimer fällt, sondern man immer mit dem Pinsel nachhelfen oder schütteln muss.6. das iat jetzt der dritte dieser Bauart und jeder war ein Reinfall:der erste war nach 15 Anwendungen irreparabel kaputtder zweite saugt genauso mangelhaft wie dieser und dieser wie oben beschrieben.7. Wenn jemand nur ein bisschen Staub zwischendurch saugen lassen will, ist er ok, weil er leise ist und eine gute Saugleistung hat.Vorausgesetzt es stört nicht, dass er nicht alles abfährt in einem Raum. Auch nicht, wenn man ihr raumweise arbeiten lässt: dann hört er schon früher auf und saugt trotzdem nicht alle Bereiche.Ich kann alles das so detailliert beschreiben, weil ich zu Hause ein anderes Billigmodell seit 5 Jahren im täglichen Einsatz habe und daher weiß, wie es sein kann, wenn es ein gutes Gerät ist.

Intuitivo nella programmazione, molto utile soprattutto nella pulizia quotidiana sotto il letto o mobili alti. Facile lo svuotamento del cassetto e ricarica in poco tempo. Ha bisogno di qualche minuto per capire dove muoversi e bisogna togliere tappeti voluminosi o altri oggetti che potrebbero disturbare o rovesciare il robot. Lo consiglio, fino ad ora m trovo bene.

Bon robot , avec des fonctions suffisantes ,même plus, pour un robot sans télémètre (envoyer le robot à un endroit de la carto). Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas mémoriser au moins une carto. Grimpe sur tout style de revêtements sans trop de difficulté, retourne à la base automatiquement, retourne à la base et reprend son ménage là où il s'est arrêté. Pour le prix top.

I am amazed with the Quality of this little robot..after doing extensive search for a good robotic vacuum cleaner which can be cost effective, can hv advanced features and great cleaning, i came across trifo. This robot is cleaning the room very nicely..looks good, bit heavy. Pros: -cleaning (brushing, vacuuming) is great no doubt..- auto recharge (returns to Dock automatically).-have a camera.- battery charging time 5 hrs and works for 1 hr approx.-rare bigger wheels and wheels hv shock absorber.- front wheel 360 rotation.- very easy to instal and no complicated operation. Trifo home App is user friendly.- we can schedule and set timer in this robot and during that time it will automatically start cleaning and once finished will dock itself again to recharge.-colors available: black and white.- wifi enabled AI smart robot and its smartness can be seen in its cleaning.- works with alexa.Cons:- need to configure with wifi through trifo home app each time you switchon this robot as it shows offline if robot is kept switched off.- if you want to use schedule function (setting a particular time to auto switchon robo for cleaning) you hv to keep the robo on and also its docking station and also wifi whole night. If u scheduled a time and then switched off the wifi it wont start working at the scheduled time. Keeping wifi on whole night can be hazardous.- if you are out of your house and u hv put scheduled time for cleaning and if power goesoff some day the robot disconnects and it wont work at the schedule time as it dnt auto reconnect to wifi.- Camera quality not at all good and it laggs and hang. Video is very very slow (not running).- manual control is difficult and not easy.- i dnt know but company says remote monitoring but its not the case. I dnt know if my understanding is correct but normally we need to connect this robot with wifi via the Trifo home app. This robot dnt connect with wifi directly without trifo app. So when you are away its obvious that you will carry your phn then how can this robo connect with wifi and perform the security surveillance of your home. Seems this is just a imaginary feature. But again i may be wrong but i tried and failed. Company should take care of this if possible should provide update in Trifo app.- dnt know if spare parts will be available easily and upto how long it will be available.- overpriced and should be less.- cant work if water on floor coz it will damage.- need to handle it with care and cant do rough use.-No dedicated remote provided.Overall very good robot and i will share pic and videos shortly.. thank you.
